Tips for Contacting mdi by Email

To prevent emails from mdisales.com being flagged as spam in Gmail® & Outlook®, please follow these instructions:

Gmail®
1.) Sign in to your Gmail® account and click the Gear Icon in the top Right corner of your browser and choose "Settings" from the menu.

2.) Click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab (see ex. below)
3.) Click on the "Create a new filter" link (see ex. below)

4.) Enter "mdisales.com" in the "From" input field (see ex. below)
5.) Click on the "Create Filter" button (see ex. below)

6.) Check the "Never send it to Spam" Check Box (see ex. below)
7.) Click on the "Create filter" button (see ex. below) and you are finished.

Outlook®
1.) Sign in to your Outlook® e-mail account. From the "Home" tab click the "Junk" tab and choose "Junk E-mail Options".

2.) Click the "Safe Senders" tab and then click the "Add..." button.
Enter "@mdisales.com" (see ex. below) into the input field of the "Add address or domain" input box and click "OK".
Then click "OK" on the "Junk E-mail Options" and you are finished.

How to check your spam folder:
  • Gmail®: Log into your Gmail® email account. If the Spam folder does not appear on the left, click the "More" link. Select “Spam” to view messages in the spam folder.
  • Yahoo®: Log into your Yahoo® email account. To check your Spam Folder, simply click the Spam folder on the left.
  • If you find a message wrongly classified as spam in Gmail® or Yahoo®, you can unmark the message. Just select the message, and click the “Not Spam” button that appears at the top of your current view.
  • Outlook®: Sign in to your Outlook® e-mail account. To check your Spam Folder, simply click the Spam folder on the left.
  • If you find a message wrongly classified as spam in Outlook®, you can unmark the message. Just right click on the message, and then choose "Junk" and then "Not Junk" from the next menu.
