mdi is a growing, family-owned sales organization seeking to add a new member to our Web Developer Team! We specialize in providing both domestic and international customers with industrial product solutions, including compressed air systems, fire fighting equipment, oil-less air compressors, vacuum pumps, electric and hydraulic winches, electric motors, hose reels, tube expanders and pneumatic tools. Our focus lies in high-quality, reliable products and excellent customer service.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an Entry Level Web Developer to join our team! Looking for someone with solid coding experience utilizing Adobe Dreamweaver software. This is a full time, Monday through Friday, onsite position in Odessa, FL. No outside contractors will be considered. Our ideal candidate will share our passion for customer service, as well as be highly motivated and function well in a fun, fast-paced, team environment.

What is the job?

The job duties include:

Create, and modify websites, utilizing Adobe Dreamweaver
Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats with Adobe Creative Suite
Analyze user needs to implement web site content, graphics, performance, and capacity
Integrate web sites with other computer applications
Keep up-to-date on web developments and trends

Freelancers and anyone out of the area will NOT be considered for this position. Product training is provided. Full-time position is Mon - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. This position also offers team quarterly bonus opportunities.

What are the qualifications?

MUST BE: Proficient in HTML coding using Adobe Dreamweaver
Previous experience in web development or other related fields
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills a must
Must have strong attention to detail
College Degree or minimum of 1 year experience
Javascript, SEO, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 7, Excel, Outlook, and Word
Confidence navigating websites and Internet browsers
Ability to pass typing test (minimum 30 wpm)
High school diploma/G.E.D required
Secondary education preferred
